We are pleased to announce that the next Mindtrek Conference will take place on Tuesday 8th of October 2024 in Finnkino Cine Atlas (Koskikeskus) in Tampere, Finland. At Mindtrek Conference you are able to follow along one track program that hits your field spot on or mix and match different sessions from different tracks based on your personal points of interest. The main idea of Mindtrek is to bring about a collision between different fields of technology and enable people and businesses to learn, meet and connect.

Since 2015 when COSS – the Finnish Centre for Open Systems and Solutions accepted the challenge of becoming the organizer of Mindtrek Conference, open source and other open technologies have been an essential part of Mindtrek’s track program themes and overall values of the annual tech conference. At this year’s Mindtrek Conference we will put an even stronger emphasis on what open source and other open technologies can offer for us both in the private and public sector and how open source is shaping the future of technology.

In 2024, Mindtrek Conference program will be dedicated to the future of OpenTech, embracing:

open APIs,
open standards… and more!

Conference program and tracks

Mindtrek Conference program will be again divided into different themed tracks. Each theme will act as a full day track. Program tracks during the day are going on simultaneously, so you can either follow along one full track or pick and choose the most interesting topics and speeches for you.
